At Pratiti, we realised all the fear and apprehension was unfounded.
We found the Centre managed well and well maintained. All the staff members were co-operative, supportive and always available for any help. The treatment process was well-managed & well supported. "We are deeply humbled by the care and support from Team Pratiti towards my twin Autistic Brother.
Recently, some two months back, due to change of medicines my brother who is autistic became hyperactive for sometime. Sadly, our father has left for heavenly abode 1.5 yrs back. Due to my mom's increasing age, and other circumstances we couldn't control his anger for a week! That's the time, we decided to enroll him to Pratiti Centre for Mental Health.
We got assurance from the entire team, after admitting him.
The medical examinations were helpful for my brother. My brother who is not only Autistic but also Mute and Deaf, could adjust in the centre in few days. He didn't live away from us since last 43 years. It was tough for us too to take the decision but must say.. it was definitely the best one!
The entire team is dedicated and proactive. We found everyone as compassionate and resilient towards him. We were relieved that he is in good hands with good company.
We have got Gaurav back home yesterday but for near future, we are definitely not going to look for another centre! Gaurav has found a second home..a home away from our home! We are happy and contented with continuous support and care from the TEAM PRATITI!"​
